Information notice related to the personal data processing in accordance with art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

The processing of your personal data (name, surname, e-mail, name and country of the Clinic, browsing data) is necessary for the following purposes and in accordance with art. 6.1 a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The App MYVolution uses the Face analyzer technology. The Face analyzer is only used to identify the shape of the face according to the IBSA method and the pictures of the faces are not saved in the database of the App. The physiognomy and identifying features of the patients 'faces' processing of the result are not saved.

The provision of your personal data is optional but necessary for using the App Myvolution.

The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the accomplishment of the purposes set out in this information notice and in any event up to existence of your registration to the App MYVolution.

Your personal data could be transferred or communicated to third parties, even abroad, appointed by IBSA to carry out activities related to the purposes mentioned in this information notice.

You are recognized, as an interested party, the rights as expressed in art. 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679, including that of being able to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time. To exercise these rights, you can write an email to privacy@ibsa.ch. Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
